Refund Policy

Within 24 hours: no questions asked
We want your time with the cards to feel helpful. If a reading does not feel right for you, send /paysupport in the @tarot_mystic_bot within 24 hours of your payment and we will refund you in full, no questions asked. A refund ends the Premium period it paid for.
After 24 hours
If more than 24 hours have passed, please write to us at developer.bushido@gmail.com. We answer within 2 business days and will gladly refund your first request if you have not used much of your Premium period.
How the money returns
Telegram Stars go straight back to your Telegram balance. Card payments are refunded to the original card through Tribute, which usually takes 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
Talk to us first
If something looks wrong with a charge on your statement, please contact us via /paysupport in the bot or at developer.bushido@gmail.com before opening a dispute with your bank. It is much faster, and we are always happy to sort it out directly.
