Who we are
Tarot Mystic offers tarot readings in the Telegram bot @tarot_mystic_bot and on the website tarot-mystic-bot.live. The service is operated by Aleksei Khamidov, an individual in Cyprus. You can reach us any time at developer.bushido@gmail.com or with the /paysupport command in the bot.
What Tarot Mystic is
Tarot Mystic is a space for calm self-reflection and entertainment, where readings are generated by AI from the cards drawn. We never predict fate or guarantee outcomes. Readings are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, so please do not use them to make decisions in those areas, and in a crisis contact your local emergency services.
Who can use the service
Tarot Mystic is for people who are 18 years old or older.
Free and Premium access
Every day you can ask 3 questions and draw the card of the day for free. Premium gives you up to 100 questions a day, all 7 spreads, and deeper readings that remember your story. You can get Premium for 3 days (first purchase only), 1 day, 7 days, or for 1 month.
Payments and subscriptions
You can pay with Telegram Stars inside Telegram, or by bank card in EUR on Tribute's payment page (tribute.tg), a payment service built into Telegram. Card payments through Tribute are always one-off: your plan simply ends when the paid period is over and nothing renews. Monthly subscriptions paid with Telegram Stars renew automatically each month until you cancel them in your Telegram settings.
Refunds
If a reading does not help, send /paysupport in the bot within 24 hours of payment for a full refund with no questions asked. For later requests, write to developer.bushido@gmail.com and we will reply within 2 business days. A refund ends the Premium period it paid for.
Your data and memory
We do not create accounts on the website, and in the bot you can use /memory to see what it remembers about your story, or /forget_all or Start fresh to erase it completely. We never see or store your card numbers. Tribute (tribute.tg) processes card payments independently under its own privacy policy, and we only receive the payment status, amount, currency, and a Tribute purchase id.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time, and the date at the top of the page always shows the latest change. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and your EU consumer rights are not affected.
